Core Philosophy:  Spot Studio seeks to build a creative community in the Belmont/Craigin area for artists of all levels.  Visual language has always been able to transcend and ad inspiration to our daily lives. Individuals reveal and resuscitate their true spirit and connection to others when they have a space to experiment, create, and think outside daily norms.

About Spot Studio: Spot Studio is currently offering contemporary and traditional drawing classes, as well as individual instruction opportunities beginning in December of 2017. Camille Silverman graduated in 2006 with her MFA from Cranbrook Art Academy which is located outside of Detroit, Michigan and also at attended The Art Institute of Chicago.  In 2007, Camille was hired as the Curator and Educational Programmer at the Western Colorado Center for the Arts, later becoming Executive Director until June 2015.  In October 2015 Camille moved her studio practice to the Chicago area.  She is currently the executive director of Riverside Arts Center.

Camille has taught a variety classes at Colorado Mesa University, Western Colorado Center for the Arts, Cranbrook Preparatory School and the Glade Park Charter School.
